I’m Shivanju, an engineer turned into a user experience designer. I learned about my fascination for design when I witnessed a bunch of UX designers solving a problem through design thinking. Their research-based, iterative approach to solving a problem piqued my interest in design. My curiosity lead me to a 7-week design thinking workshop where I experienced solving a problem through the stages of design thinking in a team of 6 members. The collaboration with the team, interaction with the users and stakeholders, and the final design gave me a sense of belongingness.
From there, I proactively started to observe, learn, adapt and practice user experience design through different people, products, courses, and case studies.
My 4 years of experience in web development helps me to connect easily with developers and fill the gap between design and development with a common language.
I believe in learning from challenges, evolving through continuous consistent efforts, and simplifying and automating with frameworks.
I thrive in a growth-driven, creative and collaborative environment where I could interact with like-minded people and leverage my skills for making a collective impact on businesses and society.
